What we collect
To create your reading we collect your date of birth, birth time (optional), and place of birth, and we store the resulting chart and reading. If you request the deeper report, we also collect your email address.
How we use it
We use this information to calculate your chart, generate your reading, and — when you request it — email you a link to your report. If you opt in to marketing, we may email you occasional updates and offers; you can opt out at any time.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, and report emails are sent through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Report links
A report link is the only way to open that report. Anyone who has the link can view it, so share it only with people you trust.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide and improve the service, or until you ask us to delete it.
Deletion and contact
To request deletion of your data or ask a privacy question, email report@fiveelementsofyou.app. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
We collect anonymous usage events (such as page views and report opens) to understand how the site is used. These events do not include your birth details or email address.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
